Directory and Emergency Services Listings

A basic White Pages directory listing for each of your ISDN service number, unless you have specified for your service to be a Silent Line. A single 'main number' will be listed for each ISDN service. All service numbers and address details are also forwarded to the Integrated Public Number Database used by Emergency Services, in accordance with ACA regulations.

Malicious Call Tracing

A Malicious Call Trace feature allows you to activate an alarm signal to the exchange during an unwelcome call. The Telstra exchange records details of the unwelcome call, including a party number, and Optus can arrange for a letter to be sent to the originator of the unwelcome call or initiate further action.

PABX And Modem Interworking

ISDN10/20/30 will interwork with PABXs complying to the TS038 (ETSI) and TS014 (Australian) ISDN DSS1 signalling protocols. ISDN can also be used for modem calls.

Things You Should Know

1. Total minimum commitment over 24 months is $7320 Inc GST (10 Channels), $14,520 Inc GST (20 Channels), $21,096 Inc GST (30 Channels) 2. Offer only available to customers who take up full service fixed line (including long distance and calls to mobile services). All Fixed wire service are covered by the Customer Service Guarantee Standard. Please refer to our Customer Service Guarantee Policy for details on the CSG Standard. 3. Price of capped calls fixed at applicable rate until cap duration is reached after which calls revert to standard per minute rate 4. Cancellation of direct debit may result in loss of any chosen bonus option from the date of cancellation 5. Early Termination fee applies. Termination within the initial 24 month term will result in a termination fee being charged, calculated as your minimum monthly cost x months remaining in your term. 6. Dishonoured direct debit payments may incur a charge.
